My company has been using Intercom Online for over 6 months now. The experience has been extremely good. No down time (except for one week because of the Sept 11th terror attack - Intercom Online is located in the lower Manhattan area). The response time for questions and tech support is good, the speed is excellent and consistent and the price is good too.
