    Karen runs Intercom and is focused on delivering breakthrough value to Intercom’s customers. She is also a board member at Dropbox and was previously Intuit’s SVP of Small Business.

    Ciaran runs Intercom’s engineering infrastructure, and keeps Intercom available, secure, and performant. Previously, he was CTO of Exceptional.

    Dan leads Intercom’s finance, accounting, business ops and analytics teams to optimize Intercom’s growth. He was previously CFO of Sitecore.

    Leandra oversees Intercom’s sales-led revenue channels, including the customer success, operations and support teams. She was previously SVP of Sales and Success at SendGrid, and became VP of Commercial Sales at Twilio following SendGrid’s acquisition.
