We are delighted to share that we are officially launching our new program for fast-growing, venture-backed startups.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re working with venture capital, accelerator, incubator, and technology partners to help founders bring the best communication experience to their customers. The program is best suited to high-growth Seed and Series A startups, and has already partnered with Bessemer Venture Partners, Kleiner Perkins, Index Ventures, OnDeck, Kaszek, Dogpatch, USV, Uncork, Kima & Atlantic Bridge.<\/p>\n

The new startup program offers Intercom\u2019s main customer communication solutions for 100% off in the first year, 50% off on the second year, and an ongoing discount of 20% thereafter. This allows founders to invest heavily in their first customer relationships, grow their self-service offering with bots and content, leverage in-product messaging to enhance their product onboarding experience, and drive revenue growth by engaging with in-context, conversational engagement.<\/p>\n

We have seen awesome customers like Spendesk and Notion start on our early-stage program and go on to become unicorns. Some other fast-growing startups using Intercom include Monzo, Frame.io, and Aircall.<\/p>\n
