We\u2019re delighted to share that Intercom<\/a> has been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 2022<\/a>, landing at #35 on the definitive ranking of the top 100 private cloud companies in the world.<\/p>\n

This is the sixth year in a row we\u2019ve been included on the list, demonstrating ongoing innovation and excellence. And it\u2019s really just the start \u2013 we are working hard to deliver more and more breakthrough value for our customers by continuing to create new, different, and better ways for companies to connect with their customers.<\/p>\n

This list, published by Forbes<\/a> in partnership with Bessemer Venture Partners<\/a> and Salesforce Ventures<\/a>, contains many of the most innovative companies in the industry.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a very competitive field. The Cloud 100 reviews submissions from hundreds of cloud startups and private companies each year. The Cloud 100 evaluation process involves ranking companies across four factors: market leadership, estimated valuation, operating metrics, and people & culture. For market leadership, the Cloud 100 enlists the help of a judging panel of public cloud company CEOs who assist in evaluating and ranking their private company peers.<\/p>\n
