On arrival, I found a bottle of wine in the room \u2013 the same wine we had been drinking in the bar during our previous stay. There was a little note beside it welcoming me back to the property and mentioning that they noticed I enjoyed this wine on my last stay and hope I enjoy this complimentary bottle. They made it memorable, personalized, and guaranteed that I&#8217;ll be staying there for my future trips! Wow factors!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What\u2019s the worst customer service you\u2019ve ever experienced?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I once spent four hours on the phone with a mobile phone operator. Every 20 minutes, they put me through to someone new and didn&#8217;t hand over any information, so I had to repeat the scenario over and over. I&#8217;ve never felt more unheard.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Which movie robot would you choose as your AI sidekick, and why?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baymax! Warm, friendly, hilariously innocent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"giphy-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/fBz99fXLARFi8\" width=\"480\" height=\"201\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>What\u2019s the strangest thing a customer has asked you?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What sort of shoes am I wearing&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What can you do that a bot will never be able to replicate?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Due diligence and understanding on a human, empathetic level. And the finest quality sarcasm.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pullquote-style-two\"><p>\u201cIt may be the 100th time you&#8217;ve handled a particular query, but it&#8217;s the first for your customer\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>What do you doodle when you\u2019re on video calls?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I do not doodle, I&#8217;d lose focus so fast on whatever abstract \u201cart\u201d I&#8217;d have conjured up.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What\u2019s the one piece of advice you would give to your peers in the customer service industry?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be kind! It goes a long way. It may be the 100th time you&#8217;ve handled a particular query, but it&#8217;s the first for your customer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What book are you reading at the moment?<\/h3>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Answering Tough Interview Questions for Dummies.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h3>What&#8217;s the best thing a customer has ever said to you?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That is tricky. Honestly, any time someone makes a point to say they are returning because of their experience with you. It really pays off when you make that kind of impact.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What words make your skin crawl?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Negative words. \u201cNo,\u201d \u201ccan&#8217;t,\u201d \u201cI&#8217;m afraid,\u201d \u201cunfortunately,\u201d \u201csadly.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pullquote-style-two\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span>Ultimately, we provide a service \u2013 and a great one at that!<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Do you identify more with the title \u201ccustomer support,\u201d customer service,\u201d \u201ccustomer success,\u201d or \u201ccustomer experience,\u201d and why?<\/h3>\n<p>Customer Service.
