Tubular was built to streamline your sales by helping you better organize your leads, close your deals quicker, and create sales reports in seconds. I acquired Tubular in January 2023, and I&#8217;m excited about where it&#8217;s going in the CRM marketplace.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Which celebrity would be really great at your job, and why?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Matthew McConaughey. Matty has it all \u2013 smooth, wise, Mr. Chill, not to mention looks. He&#8217;s just like me, lol.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What\u2019s the most valuable thing that working in customer service has taught you?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No one cares how much you know* until they know how much you care!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*About your industry, your product, how connected you are, etc.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h3>What\u2019s your greatest productivity hack?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Activity beats everything. But the early 2000s Apple when they actually cared and did whatever they could to make you happy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What\u2019s the worst customer service you\u2019ve ever experienced?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My chippy one night in Belfast \u2013 no <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Craic#:~:text=Craic%20(%2Fkr%C3%A6k,%22What%27s%20happening%3F%22)\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">craic<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\/banter, no eye contact at all. Nothing.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Which movie robot would you choose as your AI sidekick and why?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Number &#8220;Johnny&#8221; Five from <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Short Circuit<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 what a dude. Childhood fave.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What\u2019s the strangest thing a customer has asked you?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Did you get a First Class Honors at university &#8230; mmm, what? (Yes, I did, by the way.)<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What can you do that a bot will never be able to replicate?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Play the guitar, ukulele, and tin whistle as poorly as I can.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What do you doodle when you\u2019re on video calls?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cubes. Many, many cubes. Sometimes pyramids if I&#8217;m killin&#8217; it.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What\u2019s the one piece of advice you would give to your peers in the customer service industry?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep going. Learn as you go. Have fun. Make new friends. Oops, that&#8217;s more than one.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>What book are you reading at the moment?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Too many.
