Yes, you can easily control which logged-in users see the Messenger. For example, you might only want your VIP customers to see the Messenger so you can offer them real-time support.
Just visit the ‘Messenger launcher visibility’ section of your Messenger settings and make sure you’ve opted to show the launcher to users. Then, select ‘Users who match certain data', and choose the data you'd like to use to filter your users.
Now, the Messenger will only appear for users who match the data you've chosen, so you can provide more targeted support.
