If you've ever used Zendesk Chat, you start training Answer Bot quickly by importing your conversation history. Answer Bot will use your conversation history to recognize and suggest common questions to create answers
In Operator settings, go to ‘Configure Answer Bot’. Then, click ‘import conversation history’:
Then, click the Zendesk Chat importer option and follow the short steps to import your conversation history.
Once imported, Answer Bot will use the history to recognize and suggest common questions to create answers for.
Once you've got your conversation data imported, start creating answers to common questions.
