If you've ever used Zendesk for Chat or Tickets, you can start training Resolution Bot quickly by importing your historic data from Zendesk. Resolution Bot will use your history to recognize and suggest common questions to create answers for.
In Operator settings, open ‘Import Zendesk conversation history’ and launch the importer:
Then, click the Zendesk importer option and choose from Chat or Tickets:
This will launch the importer, to guide you through authenticating with Zendesk:
Then, simply give Intercom permission to access your Zendesk history, and begin the import process. 👍
Once imported, Resolution Bot will use the history to recognize and suggest common questions to create answers for.
Once you've imported your conversation data, start creating answers to common questions.
