Now that you’ve installed the Intercom Messenger, customize it so it feels completely at home on your app. Choose your Messenger color and wallpaper in your ‘Messenger Appearance’ settings. 

Then go to your ‘Messenger’ settings to write your team intro and select your expected response time. These set your customer's’ expectations for how, and when your team can help.

Customize your Help Center 

Once you import your help content from Zendesk, you’ll want to customize your Help Center’s appearance. You can set a custom domain, add a logo, header image and more in your ‘Help Center Settings.’
