Hello, we currently have two FB pages connected to intercom with the "Facebook integration".
Is there any way we can assign the incoming conversion to specific teams depending on what pages they come from?
Yes it's possible to assign conversations based on the Facebook Page.
Every message that comes through Facebook has a small Facebook icon below it, if you hover over the icon you'll see the Page URL where this message came from.
You can create an inbox rule to assign conversation based on this Page URL 👍
