We just released Single Sign-On (SSO) for Google Apps.

1. You can now sign in to Intercom's web and mobile app using your existing Google account in a single-click

2. Accounts on any Standard plan can require their teammates sign in with Google SSO

You need to have our iOS SDK v.2.3.17, or Android v.1.1.16 or newer to use this feature. You can get the latest versions of our SDKs here.

We’ve released new versions of our iOS and Android apps. Two things have changed:

  • Your ‘last active’ status that’s displayed to customers in the Intercom Messenger will now update when you log in to Intercom’s mobile app
  • When a user starts a new conversation, it’s now marked as ‘seen’ only when you begin to reply

We’ve made several improvements to the ways you can compose manual messages:

  • For manual messages composed from the user list, you can now use rich formatting and add images, videos, and more.
  • Manual messages based on rules will now use a single page composer (similar to the one used for auto messages). This allows you to edit your audience at any time before sending.
  • Lastly, you can now create a new message from the manual message list.
