  • Fin is already in production, and we’re starting to gather feedback from customers. As with everything we build, we’re taking a thoughtful approach to ensure it’s delivering a great experience. We’ll start gradually inviting more customers to join the beta in the next few weeks to gather additional feedback as we continue to develop. We can’t guarantee specific timing for when you’ll get access, but we’ll keep you updated as we make progress.

  • The waitlist is open to anyone who is excited about trying out and helping us develop AI features! To be part of the beta, you’ll need to have an active Intercom account. If you’re not already a customer, sign up to the waitlist, and we’ll help you get started with Intercom.

  • Once available, beta access will apply to your whole workspace. We’ll contact you to approve joining the beta when invited.

  • Our AI bot, Fin is initially designed to work in English, though we plan to add support for additional languages soon.

  • Taking part in the beta will be free of charge. As we’re still in development, we’re not able to provide details of future pricing at this time but will share at general release. If you’re in the beta, you will be notified of any future pricing and won’t be charged without your consent.
