We just pushed an update to our Android app that introduces a new way to stay on top of conversations you're mentioned in. Here's a summary of what's new in Intercom Conversations for Android:

  • View new mentions and access past mentions from the navigation menu
  • Search Improvements: Quickly perform searches you've performed in the past

We just released Single Sign-On (SSO) for Google Apps.

1. You can now sign in to Intercom's web and mobile app using your existing Google account in a single-click

2. Accounts on any Standard plan can require their teammates sign in with Google SSO
