What can I do here?
As a visitor, you can view questions and answers from other users and browse the forum’s content. You’ll need to log in to ask questions of your own, though. 👌
How do I log in to Interconnected?
Just click ‘Sign In’:
Note: To log in to Interconnected you must have an Intercom account.
Then, authorize Interconnected to connect with your workspace:
You’ll need to be logged in to create new posts, or reply to and interact (upvote etc.) with posts.
Great, I’m logged in. 👍 What do I do now?
First thing’s first — you should update your profile. In your profile drop-down menu in the top right corner, you’ll find “My Profile” where you can change your nickname, upload a profile image and give your fellow Interconnected users more information about yourself:

To find questions and answers from other users, search here:
Tip: You don’t need to be logged in to search for answers in the forum.
If your question hasn’t already been asked, it’s easy to ask the community, just click ‘Ask A Question’:
To answer another user, click ‘Answer’ just below their question, or start typing in the answer field:
You can also join and post in groups here:
When you find helpful content that you’d like to reference in future, you can bookmark it from the dropdown in the top right corner:
Once you’ve bookmarked content, you’ll find it in your Bookmarks tab:

You’ll notice that, as you interact with Interconnected, you’ll be awarded points. These help you rise up through our community levels.
When you start off your Interconnected journey, your level is Curious — reflecting your early interaction with Interconnected, figuring out how it works, and exploring how you can interact with other Intercom users.
As you gain more points, you’ll move up to Confident — by that stage, you’ll know the community well, be confident asking and answering questions, and maybe even be a member of some groups.
The top level is Connected — this is to recognise our most active community members, who have built connections with other users in groups, been recognised within the community as one of the most knowledgeable contributors and are generally seen as guiding lights within Interconnected.
Pro tip: As you move through the levels you will earn new capabilities and rewards, such as the ability to give badges, create groups, opportunities to meet with Intercom teams, and of course Interconnected swag. 🙌
