In the event of a security incident that affects your workspace, Intercom may need to contact someone on your team. To ensure we can contact the right person (or people), you should add a designated security contact in your Security settings.
If you haven't added one yet, you'll see this warning in your workspace settings:
"Enter a security contact that should be contacted in case of a security incident."
Add a security contact
Enter the email for your security contact on your security settings page, under "Security contact":
Tip: We recommend using a group email address or alias that can be accessed by multiple people.
