If you use a custom domain for your Help Center you can disable search engine indexing, which will prevent your Help Center Articles from appearing in Google search results.

In your help center settings, under "Keep your Help Center private", switch off the toggle for "Allow your Help Center to appear in search results":

This will allow you to share your articles only in the Messenger, or host article content elsewhere without having duplicate content. 👌
