From April 10, 2024 you can sign up to join the Fin AI Copilot beta. This will add you to a waitlist and you’ll be notified once the beta has been enabled on your workspace.
All teammates can request to join the waitlist by going to the 
Help Desk and opening the Fin AI Copilot tab on the right sidebar, then clicking on Join the beta waitlist.
If you’re on our new pricing plans or already using an AI feature in Intercom, you’ll be automatically added to the waitlist.
While you’re waiting to get access to the beta, start preparing your workspace for Fin AI Copilot.
If you're on one of our legacy plans and haven’t used an AI product/feature in Intercom yet, a workspace admin will need to agree to the Additional Product Terms for AI Products/Features before your workspace can be added to the beta.
Teammates without admin permissions will be prompted to get a workspace admin to agree to the terms and conditions first.
Although any teammate can sign up to the waitlist, not all teammates need to sign up for their workspace to be added to the beta. The most important thing is for a workspace admin to sign up.

We’ll be gradually rolling out the beta to workspaces that are signed up to the waitlist.
A workspace becomes eligible to join the beta when:
A workspace admin has agreed to the Additional Product Terms for AI Products/Features and joined the waitlist.
24 hours have elapsed since a workspace admin joined the waitlist. This is to ensure that your conversation history is imported and available to use for Fin AI Copilot.
Please note your workspace may not get access to the Fin AI Copilot beta before the full release date.

No, once the copilot beta has been enabled on your workspace, it will be available to all teammates on the Help Desk.
