We first launched The Service Agent Blueprint because for many support teams, the path forward with AI was unclear. Go-to-market and revenue teams are now in the same position, so today we’re announcing The Sales Agent Blueprint, a map for launching and scaling AI for sales with confidence.

For most sales teams, inbound motions require a lot of manual work. Leads come in, and they sit in a queue until they’re picked up when someone is available. The outcome often depends on a sales team’s timing and capacity, rather than just buyer intent.
