When you start your trial you’ll have access to all features on the Starter plan. Just select the Support Starter plan and any add-ons you need, then enter your credit card details to start your free 14 day trial. If you want to trial a specific plan, simply contact us. After your free trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically to prevent any interruption to your service. But if you cancel in the first 14 days you won't be charged.

Seats give teammates access to different tools in Intercom. Each teammate that uses Intercom will need at least one Seat. For example: A teammate that uses support features will need a Support seat. If they also need marketing-specific features, they will need a Convert seat as well.

People Reached means you only pay for the value you get from Intercom. The ‘people reached’ are the individual users who in the last 30 days received at least one Outbound message from you.
Intercom will automatically bill you for your overages. As long as you pay for your overages on time, we will not stop your campaigns or pause your account.
