Protecting your rights to your data is critical to our mission at Intercom. This article will walk you through the process of deleting your workspace, and all associated data.
Navigate to Settings > Workspace > General in your workspace.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Delete workspace section.
Enter your full name and confirm the deletion (case-sensitive).
Review the warning about data and subscription loss, and proceed only if you are certain.
The workspace will be deleted within 14 days of confirmation.
Important:
Deleting a workspace is permanent and irreversible, this action will permanently delete all of your data. If there’s any information you want to keep, make sure to export all necessary data before deleting your workspace.
Deleting a workspace will also cancel any non-contracted subscriptions. If you want to keep an active subscription, carefully review your needs before deleting the workspace.We also recommend exporting critical data such as invoices, reports, or user information before proceeding.
If your workspace is on an annual contract, it’s not possible to delete it while the contract is active. If you’d like to delete your workspace data while on an annual contract, please reach out to us via the Messenger, or email us at team@intercom.com.
