Des leads Intercom's R&D org and oversees its product strategy. Previously, he co-founded Exceptional, and was a UX designer for web apps. After helping lead Intercom’s shift from SaaS to AI, Des’s current focus is on helping other companies make the same transition.

Chief Product Officer
Paul is Intercom's CPO and also oversees Marketing. Before that, he worked at Facebook, Google, Dyson, and in UX consulting. His current focus is on building mindshare and shaping the new way to market products in the AI era.

Chief AI Officer
Fergal specializes in navigating the space between 'what to build' and 'how to build it' for Data and ML products. With a PhD in machine learning, Fergal has a track record of building engineering and product teams, bringing successful ML products from first prototype to substantial business revenue.

SVP Design
Emmet leads Design at Intercom. Before that, he co-founded and designed Android Wear and designed Google Flights. He’s focused on how to evolve and shape design in the AI era.
