Seamlessly sync deals, leads and conversations with the new Pipedrive app for Intercom

Today, we’re launching our Pipedrive app, which enables you to seamlessly sync deals, leads and conversations between Intercom and Pipedrive, so you can get all of the context you need to capture and convert more leads.

As a salesperson, you use a variety of tools to succeed at your job, but tracking data in multiple tools can result in lost opportunities and inefficient workflows. With the Pipedrive app, you can now create deals in Pipedrive as you capture and qualify leads in Intercom.

You can also view details about a lead’s Pipedrive deal right in your Intercom inbox and automatically send conversations with a lead in Intercom to their profile in Pipedrive.

This means you’ll never miss an opportunity to convert a lead and will always have the full picture of who you’re talking to – without wasting time copying and pasting between tools.
