When a customer calls your Intercom Phone number, they now hear the ringing tone they'd expect for their country.
How it works
Intercom plays regionally accurate dial tones based on the ITU-T E.180 international telecoms standard. The tone plays for 30–45 seconds while the call connects, with timing calculated dynamically from each region's cadence cycle.
No configuration needed, country-specific dial tones work automatically for all inbound calls.
