Choose an identity for Fin and Workflow bots

Easily choose a name and avatar for Fin and your Workflow bots.

It’s easy to customize your bot’s identity to suit your brand. Just go to Fin AI Agent > Fin settings > General and click on Fin's identity.

By default, your AI Agent is named Fin, but you can rename it and upload a custom profile picture for each brand in your workspace to create a more personalized avatar.

Ensure your bot's color is in contrast to the color of your Messenger.

Click Save changes to set your bot's new identity live.

Note:

  • Your bot's identity will appear for all messages sent by bots in the Messenger (including Fin and Workflows).

  • The name and identity that teammates see in conversation histories where the bot has engaged with users will always be the current bot identity.
