It’s easy to customize your bot’s identity to suit your brand. Just go to Automation > Settings.
Here, you can change Fin AI Agent's name and also upload a new profile picture to give Fin a customised avatar.
Note: Ensure your bot's color is in contrast to the color of your Messenger.
You’ll see a preview of how it’ll appear to your customers on the right.
Click Save changes to set your bot's new identity live.
Note:
Your bot's identity will appear for all messages sent by bots in the Messenger.
The name and identity that teammates see in conversation histories where the bot has engaged with users will always be the current bot identity.
