Customize your bot’s identity to suit your brand

Easily choose a name, colour or icon for your bot.

It’s easy to customize your bot’s identity to suit your brand. Just go to Automation > Settings.

Here, you can change Fin AI Agent's name and also upload a new profile picture to give Fin a customised avatar.

Note: Ensure your bot's color is in contrast to the color of your Messenger.

You’ll see a preview of how it’ll appear to your customers on the right.

Click Save changes to set your bot's new identity live.


  • Your bot's identity will appear for all messages sent by bots in the Messenger.

  • The name and identity that teammates see in conversation histories where the bot has engaged with users will always be the current bot identity.
