Intercom’s plans are designed to give you clarity and flexibility as your support needs grow. You can choose from the Essential, Advanced, or Expert plan, and move between them at any time. Each teammate requires a seat, and the plan you select determines the seat price. Advanced and Expert also include lite seats for teammates who need limited access.

All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD).

Usage-based charges

Certain products and messaging channels are billed based on usage.

Fin AI Agent costs $0.99 per resolution on all plans. This pricing applies to Fin over chat and email. To use Fin over phone (Fin Voice) and for pricing details, please contact Sales.

Pay-as-you-go charges also apply for:

  • Email campaigns

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp

  • Phone

Every plan has access to these channels, and you only pay for what you use.

Add-ons

Proactive Support Plus

Proactive Support Plus is designed to streamline your outbound efforts with extra features specifically designed for Proactive Support. You’ll be charged a flat fee per month plus usage-based charges for Messages Sent, if you exceed your monthly allowance. You can purchase this add-on for any plan.

Copilot unlimited usage

Copilot is a personal AI assistant designed to revolutionize support agent efficiency. All full-seat teammates have access to Copilot with usage included up to 10 conversations per month. You can purchase unlimited usage as a flexible per-seat add-on on any plan.

Services

With these optional service add-ons, you can gain access to personalized onboarding and priority customer support.

  • Premier Onboarding - Gives access to an onboarding specialist to provide custom onboarding help for a one-time fee.

  • Premier Support - Gives access to faster response times, priority escalations, video chat, and greater availability from our CS team for a monthly recurring fee.

Fin AI Agent for your existing helpdesk

If you use Zendesk, Salesforce, or another external helpdesk, you can purchase Fin AI Agent without an Intercom plan.

Pricing:

  • $0.99 per resolution

  • Minimum commitments apply

  • No seat costs or hidden platform fees

Features include:

  • Quick setup with your current helpdesk

  • Answers email, live chat, phone, and more

  • Customizable tone and answer length

  • Ability to take actions on external systems

  • Seamless handoff to agents in your helpdesk
