We’re delighted to share that Intercom has been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 2022, landing at #35 on the definitive ranking of the top 100 private cloud companies in the world.

This is the sixth year in a row we’ve been included on the list, demonstrating ongoing innovation and excellence. And it’s really just the start – we are working hard to deliver more and more breakthrough value for our customers by continuing to create new, different, and better ways for companies to connect with their customers.

This list, published by Forbes in partnership with Bessemer Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures, contains many of the most innovative companies in the industry.

“We’re honored to see so many Intercom customers featured in the Cloud 100”

This is a challenging time for many businesses – as companies brace for an economic downturn, strong customer engagement and retention is even more crucial. Intercom helps companies build strong customer relationships through ongoing, personalized, and engaging communication.

Our customers consistently see breakthrough value and fast ROI from using Intercom to support and engage their customers. We’re honored to see so many Intercom customers featured in the Cloud 100, as well.

It’s a very competitive field. The Cloud 100 reviews submissions from hundreds of cloud startups and private companies each year. The Cloud 100 evaluation process involves ranking companies across four factors: market leadership, estimated valuation, operating metrics, and people & culture. For market leadership, the Cloud 100 enlists the help of a judging panel of public cloud company CEOs who assist in evaluating and ranking their private company peers.

“Our continued place among these pioneers is a validation of our mission to make internet business personal”

It is an honor to be in such company. Our continued place among these pioneers is a validation of our mission to make internet business personal and our vision for making that a reality – as all businesses become online businesses, Intercom is reinventing the way companies communicate with their customers.
