Written by Dawn

The Fin for Sales changelog gives you full visibility into every configuration change made to your Sales agent. Each entry is timestamped and shows exactly what changed, which setting was affected, and who made the change — so your team stays in sync as your Sales playbook evolves. This article is for workspace admins managing Fin for Sales.

How to access the changelog

Reading a changelog entry

Each entry in the changelog shows:

  • Time — the exact date and time the change was made.

  • Item — the specific setting that was changed (for example, Situation handling & edge cases).

  • What changed — a description of the change type, such as Guidance updated, Routing outcome added, or Data connector deleted.

  • Teammate — the teammate who made the change.

Clicking any row opens that setting directly, so you can review or adjust it without navigating manually.

What the changelog tracks

The changelog covers all Fin for Sales configuration areas:

  • Guidance — one entry per changed section: Communication style, Conversation strategy & flow, Situation handling & edge cases, and Business context.

  • Routing outcomes — added, updated, and deleted outcomes are each tracked individually.

  • Data to collect — changes to the fields Fin gathers from prospects.

  • Lead recovery settings — updates to how Fin follows up with inactive leads.

  • Data connectors and calendar integrations — changes to connected tools, including Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, and Chili Piper.

  • Messenger booking button and online research toggles — changes to these Messenger-level settings.

  • Sales workflow deployments — workflow changes that affect how Fin for Sales is deployed.

Note: Each section is tracked independently. If a single save touches three sections, the changelog produces three separate entries — one per section — rather than one combined entry.

Search and filter

Use the search bar to find a specific setting by name, or filter entries by change type to narrow down what you're looking for.
