Smart links are a handy feature that lets you quickly search for and share your outbound messages, including product tours, articles, surveys, and news items.
For example, you can add a smart link to a Tooltip and it can direct users to an article in your Help Center or trigger a Checklist:
Smart links are only available when Intercom is installed on Web. If you have the mobile SDKs installed, smart links will not be available.
