Re-engaging Fin using a reusable workflow

To re-engage Fin, create a reusable workflow and ensure it can be triggered from the inbox. Add a "Let Fin Handle" step, and include an assignment path so that if the customer needs to speak to a human, the conversation is routed to the appropriate team.

This setup allows Fin to re-engage in the conversation when the reusable workflow is manually triggered from the conversation.

How to trigger the workflow:

  1. Open the conversation in the inbox.

  2. Press CMD+K (or CtrI+K on Windows) > select Trigger > Reusable workflow.

  3. Select your reusable workflow from the list.

Note: This setup is only available for workspaces using the full Intercom Suite. It isn't supported on Fin for other platforms.
