The values behind our first virtual launch event, New at Intercom

We are in the midst of a complete transformation in how companies and customers interact with one another.

As all businesses become at least partially digital businesses, customers expect those online interactions with companies to be convenient, effective, and personalized. That sort of engagement between businesses and customers is now happening on a scale that was impossible to imagine not so long ago. Companies that succeed in creating internet-scale engagement with prospects and customers will thrive.

“How can businesses adapt to this new reality? How do they capitalize on the huge growth opportunities that this new era will offer?”

But how can businesses adapt to this new reality? How do they capitalize on the huge growth opportunities that this new era will offer?

To answer these questions, and more, we’re thrilled to host our first global virtual launch event on March 23rd. New at Intercom will tell you more about Intercom’s company mission, unveil our most exciting new features, spotlight our customers, and hear from the experts on how this transformation is reshaping multiple industries.

Why we’re hosting a virtual event

From the very beginning, we’ve said that “shipping is our heartbeat”. We want to quickly deliver product updates and new features to you, our customers – like we always have.

“As we continue to build more and more, we need a way to tell you what we’re building for you, and how these new features can help your business”

As we continue to build more and more, we’re excited to have a new way to share what we’re building, and how these new features can help your business – because understanding these opportunities for acquiring, engaging, and supporting your customers is more important than ever.

We’ve talked about our company values a lot in the past, and nothing demonstrates those values more than bringing our community together for conversation, engagement, and interaction – whether virtually or physically.

We’re optimistic and positive

We’re excited about the future, and we want to share that with our current and future customers. We’ll be talking about where our business is heading, and what that means for you as a customer.

We think big and start small

We have big ambitions for our customers and our company, and we plan to achieve them – one small step at a time. This event will dive into ways Intercom can help you take small, manageable steps towards a future-proof customer experience.

“This event won’t just be about engaging with Intercom and its leaders, it’s about engaging with each other”
