Ingredients to build a product first company

Sales first, marketing first, technology first. There’s lots of ways to build a company. Today we’re in an era of product first companies, and because of this lots has changed.

At the amazing Nordic Business Forum last year, I spoke to crowd of over 8,000 (my new record!) about the common traits that all product first companies share. They all:

• have a strong vision
• create a product that’s feasible, desirable and viable
• keep their focus
• capture the value they want to create
• measure their business properly
• and are very patient for growth

There are a few public clips from the talk, the full slides are below. Enjoy!
