The future product canvas

We are all designing complex, dynamically changing, social systems.

A few months ago I gave the the opening keynote at the Mind the Product conference (which is a great conference by the way). I spoke about big changes we see happening as a result of the increasingly widespread adoption of the Internet, and what it means for designing, building and marketing products.

We have a big vision here at Intercom, and we’re working hard on getting closer to realising it, step by step. I feel lucky to be able to work with such a talented team of people. This talk gives you an insight into some of the things we think about every day. If you like what you see, please know that we’re hiring across almost all functions.
