5 Seats Free + $100/month Fin Outcomes for 1 Year — Terms & Conditions

These Offer Terms apply to Intercom's Partner Acquisition promotional offer (the "Offer"). By redeeming or using the Offer, you agree to these Offer Terms and Intercom's Terms of Service and incorporated policies.

1. Offer Summary

Subject to the requirements below, eligible new self-serve customers who sign up may receive:

(a) five (5) Seats on an eligible plan at no charge for up to 12 months as further described below; and

(b) up to $100 USD worth of Fin outcomes per calendar month for up to 12 months as further described below. Fin outcomes will be charged at then-current pricing set forth on Intercom's pricing page.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible only if:

• You are a new customer (first-time paid subscription for the billing entity); and
• You purchase via self-serve checkout on Intercom's website; and
• You access the Offer through the eligible redemption method described below; and
• You select an eligible plan: Essential or Advanced plans only. The Expert plan is not eligible for this Offer.

3. Claim Window

Redeem within 180 days of receiving access to the Offer via the partner link or code (the "Claim Window"). The Claim Window expires 180 days from the date the partner link or code was made available to you. Once the Claim Window expires, the Offer is no longer available.

4. What "5 Seats Free" Means

• The "Free Seats Period" starts on the date you complete checkout during the Claim Window and lasts for 12 months from that date, unless earlier terminated as set forth herein.
• During the Free Seats Period, charges for up to five (5) Seats on an eligible plan are reduced to $0 (excluding taxes/fees).
• Any Seats above five (5) are billed at standard rates during the Free Seats Period. Seats will be charged at then-current pricing set forth on Intercom's pricing page.
• Add-ons charges, usage-based charges, taxes, and fees are not included in the Offer except as explicitly stated in these Offer Terms.

5. Seat Changes During the Free Seats Period

• If you reduce below 5 seats, charges remain $0 for the remaining seats.
• If you increase above 5 seats, incremental seats are billed at then-current standard Seat rates for the applicable plan during the Free Seats Period in accordance with Intercom's Terms of Service.

6. What the Included Fin Outcomes Means

In addition to the Free Seats Period described above, eligible customers will receive a monthly Fin outcomes credit of up to $100 USD per calendar month for twelve (12) consecutive months beginning on the date you complete checkout during the Claim Window (the "Fin Outcomes Period"). The following conditions apply to the included Fin Outcomes:

• A credit of up to $100 USD/contract month applies to Fin outcome charges as defined in Intercom's then-current Fin pricing documentation (https://www.intercom.com/pricing).
• The credit for eligible Fin outcome charges will be applied automatically to your account each calendar month if and until it is exhausted. Any Fin outcome charges in excess of $100 USD in a given contract month will be billed at standard Fin pricing rates and automatically charged to the credit associated with your account.
• Unused monthly credit(s) will not roll over to subsequent months.

7. Renewals at Standard Pricing

• The Free Seats Period and Fin Outcomes Period each last 12 months starting from the date you complete checkout during the Claim Window, unless earlier terminated as set forth herein. The Free Seats Period and Fin Outcomes Period run concurrently and end on the same date, regardless of whether the full credit has been used in any given month.
• After the Free Seats Period and Fin Outcomes Period ends, the subscription will automatically renew based on the number of Seats active on the plan selected as of the expiration of the Free Seats Period and be billed at standard list price set forth on Intercom's pricing page unless you disable Fin and/or cancel your subscription in accordance with Intercom's Terms of Service.

8. Plan Changes During the Free Seats Period

You may upgrade or downgrade between the Essential and Advanced plans during the Free Seats Period in accordance with Intercom's standard billing terms, and the Offer will continue to apply to the first five (5) Seats for the remainder of the Free Seats Period regardless of any eligible plan change. Upgrades to or from the Expert plan will cause the Free Seats Period to terminate immediately, as the Expert plan is not eligible for this Offer. Downgrading to the Essential and Advanced plans after the Offer is terminated will not reactivate the Offer.

9. Redemption Method

The Offer is distributed via a unique link or promotional code provided by Lenny's Newsletter. Eligible customers who access the Offer through this link or code and complete self-serve checkout on Intercom's website will have the Offer applied automatically to their subscription. Intercom controls all eligibility and redemption rules. Intercom's determination of eligibility at checkout is final.

10. Restrictions

• Limit one (1) Offer redemption per eligible workspace/billing entity.
• Not combinable with other discounts and promotions, unless explicitly permitted in writing by Intercom.
• No cash value; non-transferable; non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

11. Fraud/Abuse; Modification or Termination

The Offer is subject to your compliance with the Intercom Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Intercom may suspend the Offer (in whole or in part) if it reasonably suspects misuse or abuse. Intercom may void redemptions, withhold the benefit and/or suspend access if Intercom reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, or eligibility violations. Intercom may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, provided that Intercom will not modify or terminate this Offer for a customer who has already completed checkout and is within an active Free Seats Period or Fin Outcomes Period.

12. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase. The Offer applies before taxes unless stated otherwise.

13. Automatic Renewal — Important Notice

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE: Your Intercom subscription will automatically renew at the end of the Free Seats Period and Fin Outcomes Period at Intercom's then-current standard list price, without further notice (except as otherwise required by applicable law), unless you cancel before the renewal date in accordance with Intercom's Terms of Service. You can cancel at any time by visiting your account settings.

Residents of US states with automatic renewal laws, by purchasing this subscription you acknowledge that:

(a) these automatic renewal terms have been presented to you clearly before purchase;

(b) your subscription will automatically renew at Intercom's then-current standard list price after the Free Seats Period and Fin Outcomes Period ends; and

(c) you may cancel at any time before the applicable renewal date to avoid being charged at the standard rate. Cancellation instructions are available at intercom.com/help.

Residents of the European Union and United Kingdom: This paragraph constitutes the pre-contractual information required under applicable consumer protection law. Your subscription will renew automatically at Intercom's then-current standard list price following the end of the Free Seats Period and Fin Outcomes Period. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date. Details of your right to cancel and how to exercise it are set out in the Intercom Terms of Service and at intercom.com/help.

14. Partner Disclaimer

This Offer is provided by Intercom. Lenny's Newsletter is an independent third party and is not a party to these Offer Terms. Intercom is not responsible for any representations, statements, or claims made by Lenny's Newsletter or any other third party about this Offer. In the event of any conflict between information provided by Lenny's Newsletter and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail.

15. Governing Law

These Offer Terms are governed by the same governing law and dispute resolution provisions set out in the Intercom Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.
